Capsicums
Capsicums (peppers) are a fruit vegetable. Peppers come in all kinds of colors and shapes. There are orange, yellow, red and green peppers, pointed peppers, hot peppers and even small sweet bite peppers.
Like other vegetables, peppers are high in fiber and nutrients and low in calories. Red bell peppers contain twice as much vitamin C as green bell peppers. The red, yellow and orange are also a bit sweeter!
